TALENT ACQUISITION
- Job postings for all office-based hiring Administers recruitment (preliminary, behavioral and management interviews and online/offline employment tests) BOTH office-based and home-based hiring
- Coordinate with hiring managers (often with clients) on hiring progress
- Respond to applicant queries in an appropriate and timely manner; assess needs of candidates via email, phone and in person.

- Conducting Reference Check for both agent and non-applicants.
- Develop marketing programs that will attract target recruits such as recruitment events, forums and other similar activities.
HR GENERALIST
- Conducts new hire orientation (company policies and procedures, compensation, and contract discussion)
- Maintain / update all tracking databases and spreadsheets
- Process contract for new hires and newly promoted staff
- Record keeping and 201 filing
- Manages the deployment of HR Programs such as the Performance Management and Development System.
- Resolves and manages all disciplinary cases involving same level and below.
Qualifications
- Proven work experience in human resources of at least 2 years in a BPO setup
Well-versed in sourcing, recruitment and employee engagement facets of HR
- Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Laws
- A graduate of bachelor’s degree major in HRDM or Psychology
- Must be a team player and can work with INTEGRITY and HONESTY
- Must have an assertive personality
- Energetic, fun and confident personality
- Willing to work on a Graveyard shift
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to details
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Can start ASAP
