Resolves and manages all disciplinary cases involving same level and below.

Qualifications:
Proven work experience in human resources of at least 2 years in a BPO setup
Well-versed in sourcing, recruitment and employee engagement facets of HR
Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Laws
A graduate of bachelor’s degree major in HRDM or Psychology
Must be a team player and can work with INTEGRITY and HONESTY
Must have an assertive personality
Energetic, fun and confident personality
Willing to work on a Graveyard shift
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong attention to details
Ability to work in a team environment
Can start ASAP
